JAIME DÁVILA SR • As a former P&G México General Manager, Televisa COO, Univision President and Chairman, Mr. Dávila offers a unique insight and experience in the Spanish-language television industry.  A pioneer and innovator with a proven track record for launching and creating the #1 Spanish network in the US and repositioning México’s #1 TV network, Televisa.

JAIME DÁVILA JR • Jaime runs the day-to-day operations of the company. A former executive at Bravo, he specialized in developing new unscripted formats including The People’s Couch, The Week by Bravo, The Extreme Guide to Parenting —which he created — Best New Restaurant, and Secrets and Wives docu-series.  Jaime has a MSc in Latin American Studies from Oxford and a BA from Harvard.

RICO MARTINEZ • HEAD OF CONTENT AND DIGITAL

Rico has written, executive produced and directed dozens of shows for MTV, VH-1, WB, NBC, Fox, Oxygen, CMT, A&E, WE tv, Lifetime and History Channel including the pilot and first season of Viva La Bam – the hit show featuring pro-skater and Jackass alum Bam Margera as well as the massive smash series Real World/Road Rules Challenges.  At Maker Studios Rico developed and produced content including two digital series; In Transition, and Oh, You Pretty Things! a scripted drama with Nylon TV.  Most recently at Endemol Shine, Rico was the Senior Vice President of Creative for Endemol Beyond USA, and was responsible for premium content creation and strategy, successfully launching the gaming network Smasher and the first two seasons of the hit gaming series, Legends of Gaming. 

SERGIO AGÜERO • PRODUCER OF SCRIPTED

Most recently produced Fox’s series Red Band Society based on TV3 Cataluna Pulseres Vermelles. He has successfully  produced/exec-produced studio and independent movies such as Warner Brother’s No Reservations ($92.6 million worldwide) and Oscar-nominated Y Tu Mamá También. He recently executive- produced Pantelion’s upcoming action- comedy Aztec Warrior. Former Endeavor agent and EVP International of publicly traded Trimark Pictures

DIANA MEJIA-JONES • VP INTEGRATED MARKETING, SPANISH LANGUAGE 

An 18 year marketing and branded entertainment executive who has led top Hispanic talent and promotions agencies in the US. Ms. Mejia-Jones has secured more than $55 million in brand marketing, endorsement and licensing programs targeting US Latinos and understands the synergy between high quality content that Latinos thrive for and the audiences brands seek to engage.

GUILLERMO SANTISO • EVP OF SPANISH LANGUAGE

A music industry veteran who worked at Fonovisa for over 18 years as the company’s President, during which time Mr. Santiso signed and brought several music artists to the top of billboard charts and sold millions of albums in the US and Latin America including Enrique Iglesias, Jenni Rivera, Los Tigres del Norte, and Marco Antonio Solis among many others. He also owns and operates Regional Music Television, several Spanish language radio stations, and dance halls across the US.
